TELETHERAPY AND IN PERSON SESSIONS AVAILABLE
Individual therapy consists of meeting one of one with a therapist to address: current challenges that effects quality of life, previous experiences that create difficulties, applying effective and practical strategies to gain a better understanding of self, gaining confidence to help work through challenges, and to make changes to improve the quality of life.
Brief couples therapy consists of utilizing clinical and existing skills that can address core problems in relationships to help improve trust, vulnerability, communication, security, and emotional and physical intimacy.
Brief family therapy entails addressing family-related challenges that help improve uniting parental styles, parenting children of all ages, structure, bonding, communication, and resolving issues that create stress and pain in the family.
Individual and Group clinical supervision/consultation is provided to Associate Social Workers who are accruing clinical hours for California state licensure.
